Shipping Terms and Conditions

At Goalkeeper Gloves Canada we endeavour to get your order to you in the time frame stated below. However, I am sure you understand sometimes things happen outside of our control. Please be rest assured if a product is late or lost that we will help you to the best of our ability but please be aware that once orders leave our warehouse, it is out of our hands and in the hands of the postal and courier services.

However, simply contact us explain you have not received your item, and then leave the rest to us!

Tracked

    Please Note: We ship all our orders within Canada tracked , you will normally get a conformation email within 2 days. If you do not get this conformation email, please get in contact with us and we will email you your tracking number. Please make sure you always quote your order number in your email.
We cannot be held responsible for any damages or lost items in shipping transit.

Delivery times and prices:
Canada Post Standard Delivery - $ 14.99 up

All orders within Canada are shipped through Canada Post standard delivery.

In Canada we estimate between 2 - 5 business days using our Standard Canada Post Delivery depending on your location.
Express Priority Post (Monday to Thursday only) est. $42.00

If ordered before 10am GKG Canada can get your order to you in approx. 2-3 days, but if you order on Friday's, orders will not get shipped until the Monday. (Signature required).

Please note: You must inform us on your order or prior to ordering that you wish to pay extra and have your order sent with express priority shipping in Canada usually 1-4 business days depending on Provinces-not guaranteed within these stated times.

European Delivery - $30.00 (Approx $25.00 at the time of writing) Please note: additional shipping costs may apply.

For European Deliveries we estimate between 6 - 12 working days delivery. Your signature will be required upon delivery for extra safety for you.
Rest of the World (including USA) - $35 (Approx $25 at the time of writing) Please note: additional shipping costs may apply with certain parts of the world and tracking may also not be available for all international destinations.

For international orders: If you require for your order to be shipped tracked please email us for a quote. This may add a day or so extra on shipping times.

It is also important to note that some countries customs will ask for money before they deliver your goods. This potential extra expense is out of our hands and thus is not GKG Canada’s responsibility to pay these potential extra custom charges.

If your tracking number is not emailed to you within 2 days in Canada of order being shipped, please contact GKG Canada and we will happily email you your tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Possible Postal disruptions in Canada there may be expected delays in Canada Post delivery times as stated on our website so we can not guarantee delivery times. We apologies for any inconveniences.
